Fashion and Textiles London Trip – February 2026

On the 28th February 2026 fashion and textiles students will be attending a trip to London to visit the Marie Antoinette exhibition at the V&A.
Students will meet at Skipton train station at 6.40am to depart at 6.56am. We plan to visit the V&A and the Design Museum. We will also have lunch together at a venue of their choice in London. We will return to Skipton via train at 19.40pm. The return journey has been booked to Leeds and students will need to pay for the rest of their return journey from Leeds on the day. Staff will return to Skipton on the train. If you wish your child to exit at a different stop on the return journey please can you put this in writing to me at lbrennand@craven-college.ac.uk and also make a note on this consent form.
The cost of the trip is £80. This includes entry into the Marie Antoinette exhibition and train fare from Skipton to London and London to Leeds. To pay for the trip please visit the college shop.
I recommend students bring with them suitable footwear for walking all day, a drink and some snacks. A small A5 or A6 sketchbook and pencil would also be useful. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
