Join us for an exciting fashion show celebrating the creativity and imagination of Craven College's Fashion & Textiles and Media Make-up students. Bringing together two creative projects, The Body is My Canvas and In Bloom, the show explores how art, research and experimentation can inspire imaginative ways to decorate, adorn and transform the human body.
Drawing inspiration from artists, designers and the world around them, students have experimented with a diverse range of techniques, materials and processes to create bold, expressive and individual designs. From experimental textiles and sculptural silhouettes to imaginative make-up, wearable art, elaborate headpieces and masks, the show celebrates the body as a living canvas for artistic expression. A celebration of individuality, creativity and the exciting possibilities that emerge when art, fashion and make-up come together.
